A person whom raped their teenage foster child after plying her with liquor is jailed for 12 years.

July Richard Moloney, 41, with an address at Tullaskeagh Drive, Roscrea, Co Tipperary, had been convicted by a jury after a trial at the Central Criminal Court last.
