Ladbrokes Names John Kelly Chairman of Board In Front of Coral Merger
UK-based betting and video gaming operator Ladbrokes plc established today the appointment of John Kelly as Chairman regarding the company’s Board. Mr. Kelly has had the post immediately, after former Ladbrokes Chairman Peter Erskine stepped down through the position on 3 december.
The gambling company also announced that Mark Pain has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
Previous Ladbrokes Chairman Peter Erskine made general public his motives to go out of the Board on May 7, 2015.
